As the founder and lead trainer at Horizon Hypnotherapy Academy, my practice is built on a foundation of deep academic rigour and diverse therapeutic expertise. With a Master’s degree in Psychology, I approach hypnotherapy not just as a relaxation tool, but as a clinical intervention grounded in human behaviour and mental processes.
My work is uniquely informed by my background in education and creative arts. As a qualified teacher (P.G.C.E.), I have spent years mentoring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential, ensuring my therapeutic approach is as educational as it is healing.
Whether utilizing IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) to process emotional imprints or incorporating Reiki and NLP for a more holistic energetic balance, my goal is always the same: to help you align with the life you aspire to lead.
